The Lake Grande condo has been fully sold out for a while. For buyers looking for property in the west of Singapore, the next possibility is the Copen Grand EC in Tengah estate. The Copen Grand EC is also developed by MCL Land, in partnership with another equally reputable developer, CDL.

Tengah is a new HDB township that is envisioned to be a “Forest Town”. It lies in the western region of Singapore, between Choa Chu Kang and Jurong. In fact Tengah estate is just right next to Jurong and Jurong Lake District close to Lake Grande, as well as the planned Jurong Innovation District.
