New Launches 2022 . Blossoms Condo Launch

A new project that will be launching in the western region of Singapore in 2022, will be Blossoms by the Park. This is located in the one-North district, a research hub and business park off Alexandra and Queenstown.

The Blossoms by the Park site is located at the corner of North Buona Vista Road and Slim Barracks Rise. This is on elevated ground, and right beside the one-North Park, a lush stretch of greenery running the length of one-North.

There are not many new residential projects in this precinct. In fact, residential developments around here are relatively scarce, whether old or new. Hence the Blossoms condo launch will probably excite quite a lot of interest and good demand.

This estate, with its relatively young workforce, has quite a good buzz and vibe during office hours. However it does tend to quieten down at night. Hence having more homes in the area should hopefully help towards a more vibrant night life.

The launch is expected to take place towards the end of 2022 or early 2023. The Blossoms condo floor plans and prices are not known yet, as they will likely only be finalised and released closer to the launch dates.

One strong selling point for this project is its proximity to the Buona Vista MRT station, which happens to be an interchange station. On the East-West and Circle lines. Blossoms by the Park will also have its own shops and retail space at ground level, similarly to one-North Eden.
